Portfolio Update
Quarterly Update

During the third quarter of 2012, the portfolio adviser maintained an overweight to countries with resilient or growing domestic demand and underpenetrated credit markets. The Fund has an overweight the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Turkey and South Korea. The country allocations give consideration to currency valuations. South Korea’s currency is relatively undervalued in contrast to overvalued currencies in Brazil and Russia, who have reduced the competiveness of their exporting sectors. The Fund’s relative country underweights are China, Brazil and Taiwan. The Fund is also underweight Russia and South Africa, where the portfolio adviser is concerned about deteriorating political and macro developments.
