TD Asset Management Inc. Announces Intention to Terminate Operations of Three Mutual Funds - TD Asset Management Inc.
TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), the manager of TD Mutual Funds, today announced plans to terminate the operations of three mutual funds. Effective February 6, 2008, the Funds will cease offering units for purchase and will be terminated on or about April 11, 2008.

TD Asset Management Inc. Announces Change to the Minimum Initial Purchase Amount for TD Premium Money Market Fund - TD Asset Management Inc
TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) announced a change today to the minimum initial investment required to purchase Investor Series units of the TD Premium Money Market Fund. Effective today, the initial purchase minimum requirement for the fund will be reduced from $250,000 to $100,000.
